摘要
目的 探讨椎间盘中胶原的变化与腰椎间盘突出症的关系。②方法 利用溴化氰 (CNBR)消化椎间盘胶原产生多肽的方法 ,借助于梯度层析和氨基酸分析对突出和正常椎间盘胶原对比分析。③结果 突出椎间盘纤维环Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型胶原比值较正常纤维环高 (t=7.93,P <0 .0 1) ,突出髓核中出现Ⅰ型胶原 ,而Ⅱ型胶原相对含量无明显变化 (t=0 .31,P >0 .0 5 )。④结论 椎间盘胶原的变化为腰椎间盘突出症的重要病理基础之一。
Objective\ To explore the relationship between the collagen of the prolapsed discs and herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc. \ Methods\ With the method of CNBR digested collagen and chromatography , the collagen of the prolapsed lumbar discs was studied. \ Results\ The results showed that the collagen ratio of typeⅠ/ typeⅡ(1.70±0.30) in the prolapsed annulus fibrosus was higher than that (1.10±0.10) in normal annulus fibrosus( t=7.39, P <0.01). Type Ⅰcollagen was found in the prolapsed nucleus pulposus. The content of type Ⅱ collagen in the prolapsed nucleus pulposus was not varied ( t=0.31,P > 0.05 ). \ Conclusion\ The change of collagen is one of the bases of herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc.
