幼儿园儿童巨细胞病毒分离毒株的限制性酶切图谱分析

RESTRICTION ENDONUCLEASE ANALYSIS OF CYTOMEGALOVIRUS STRAINS ISOLATED FROM CHILDREN ATTENDING KINDERGARTENS

目的 调查幼儿园学龄前儿童间人巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)传播的分子流行病学状况。②方法 应用限制性核酸内切酶 ,对 112名幼儿园儿童尿标本分离到的部分HCMV毒株进行酶切图谱分析。③结果 自 2所幼儿园同组儿童分离到的大多数HCMV毒株具有相同的限制性酶切图谱。④结论 水平传播是幼儿园婴幼儿间HCMV传播的主要方式 。

Objective\ To investigate the molecular epidemiology of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) among preschool children in kindergartens. \ Methods\ Restriction endonuclease was used to analyze the restriction enzyme cleavage maps for some HCMV strains isolated from urine samples of 112 children in kindergartens.\ Results\ Most of the strains isolated from children of same groups of two kindergartens had same restriction cleavage maps. \ Conclusion\ It is suggested that the horizontal spread of HCMV is a main mode of transmission among children attending nursery schools, close contact among them is an important condition for HCMV spread.
