摘要
目的 观察铁缺乏条件下青霉素对大鼠畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE)的影响。方法 将 48只健康哺乳期 Wistar大鼠 ,随机分成 A、B、C、D四组 ,每组各 12只。A、B两组正常喂养 ,C、D两组缺铁喂养 ,复制缺铁模型。4周后 ,B、D两组腹腔注射青霉素 (10 0万 U/ kg,每天 2次 ,共 14d) ,A、C两组腹腔注射等容积生理盐水 ,停药后第 1,15天每组各随机取 6只测 DPOAE。结果 缺铁青霉素组平均DPOAE幅值曲线停药 1d后 1,2 k Hz两频率点较同期缺铁对照组下移 (P<0 .0 5 )。停药 15 d后平均DPOAE幅值曲线 0 .7~ 8k Hz频率段较同期各组明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,且在 2 ,4k Hz两点处 DPOAE幅值曲线引不出。结论 青霉素可使缺铁大鼠
Objective To observe the changes in distortion product otoacoustic emissions(DPOAE)induced by penicillin in iron-deficient rats.Methods 48 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4(A,B,C,D) groups.The animals of groups A and B were fed with standard diet;while in groups C and D,the rats were fed with iron-deficient diet for 4 weeks.Then the rats of groups B and D were given intraperitoneal injections of penicillin for 14 days.The DPOAE audiogram were measured at 1 st and 15 th day after completion of injection.Results The amplitudes of DPOAE in iron-deficient rats with injections of penicillin decreased significantly at 0.7~8 kHz frequency(P<0.05).Conclusions Penicillin could decrease the amplitude of DPOAE and lessen its induction rate in iron deficient rats.
