医院感染调查方法与效果评价

Evaluation for effect and investigative method of nosocomial infection

目的 通过对目标人群开展医院感染的监测与分析 ,评价医院感染监测结果的质量。方法 对我院内科 (消化、心血管、内分泌、肾脏、血液和呼吸 )系统所有现住院患者进行为期 1d的医院感染现状调查 ,共调查 2 2 0例 ;对照同时期回顾性调查方法 ,评价医院感染监测质量。结果 现患率调查所得医院感染现患率为 9 0 9% ,回顾性调查所得医院感染率为 2 73%。结论 现患率调查将医院感染管理工作贯穿于临床医疗活动之中 。

Objective To evaluate monitoring result's quality of nosocomial infection by analysis and surveillance for the objective. Methods 220 patients in our hospital (department of gastroenterdogy, cardiovasolog, endocrinology, nephrology, hematology and tulmonary) were immediately investigated about situation of nosocomial infection for one day. Simultaneously patients of the same number in control group were investigated retrospectively. The monitoring quality of nosocomial infection was evaluated by two methods. Results The nosocomial infection prevalence rate by objective surveillance was 9.09%. The nosocomial infection rate by retrospective investigation was 2.73%(P<0.01). Conclusion The investigation of situation of nosocomial infection in nosocomiological administration and clinical work because its reliability.
