摘要
目的 探讨非医源性肛门直肠损伤 (Anorectalinjury ,ARI)的诊断和治疗。 方法 对1980年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 8月间我院收治的非医源性ARI 4 0例进行回顾性分析。结果 本组非手术治疗 2例 ,其余 38例均行手术治疗。总的病死率为 2 .5 % (1/ 4 0 ) ,并发症发生率为 2 2 .5 % (9/ 4 0 )。结论 及时。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of anorectal injuries (ARI).Methods Forty patiens with non iatrogenic ARI from Jan. 1980 to Aug. 2001 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 40 cases of non iatrogenic ARI, 2 received non operative treatment and the remaining 38 cases underwent surgical treatments. The overall mortality was 2.5% (1/40) and morbidity of the complications was 22.5% (9/40).Conclusions The correct early diagnosis and management in time are key to improve curative effect of ARI.
