手术治疗肝损伤50例体会

Experience of surgical treament for 50 cases of hepatic injury

目的 提高肝损伤的治疗水平。方法 对我院 1986年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 7月收治经手术治疗肝损伤 5 0例的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 本组 5 0例 ,治愈 4 7例 ,死亡 3例。死亡原因 :早期失血性休克、凝血功能障碍 1例 ,合并伤 2例。并发症 :胆瘘 2例。结论 手术治疗肝损伤应根椐伤情合理选择并正确使用不同的术式 。

Objective To improve the curative effect of operation on treating patients with hepatic injury.Methods The curative effect of operation on treating 50 cases of hepatic injury was retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 50 cases, 47 were cured and 3 died. The dead causes included: early hemorrhagic shock, blood coagulation dysfunction and other traumas. Two cases were complicated with biliary fistula.Conclusions The operation of treating hepatic injury should be reasonably selected based on the condition and varied ways of operation should be correctly used. Combinations of surgical procedures were often necessary to obtain satisfactory curative effects in the patients with severe hepatic injury.
