塞隆骨对大鼠骨质疏松症治疗作用的研究

Study on sailong bone in treating osteoporotic rats

目的 :通过塞隆骨对大鼠骨质疏松症作用的研究 ,探讨塞隆骨治疗骨质疏松症的可能性。方法 :给大鼠饲喂低钙饲料 ,饮用去离子水 ,并注射地塞米松引起骨质疏松症 ,再灌胃塞隆骨治疗 5周 ,用骨矿物质含量分析仪测定骨密度 ,同时测定羟脯氨酸、骨灰分和骨钙含量 ,并进行骨组织形态学观察。结果 :塞隆骨和虎骨均可明显增加骨质疏松大鼠骨密度 ,尤其对髂骨密度、腰椎密度增加更明显 ,同时也可明显增加骨灰分和骨钙含量 ,另外对骨组织形态学异常也有明显改善作用 ,但对大鼠体重、血清钙和骨羟脯氨酸含量无明显影响。结论 :塞隆骨对骨质疏松模型大鼠的骨质疏松症状 ,具有较好的治疗作用。

Objective:To study effect of sailong bone on osteoporotic rats and to analysis the possible mechanism Methods:The osteoporotic rats were caused by feeding low calcium forage,drinking pure water and injecting dexamethasone Sailong bone was administrated by intragastric gavage After 5 weeks,the bone density,hydroxyproline and bone ash were detected by the analyzer of bone mineral substance At the same time,the content of bone calcium and bone histomorphology were observed Results:The study showed that bone density was obviously increased in osteoporotic rats treated with sailong bone,specially for iliac bone,lumbar vertebrate The contents of bone calcium and bone ash were also increased It had significant effect on bone histomorphology in osteoporotic rats,but the contents of hydroxyproline,serum calcium and body weight were not increased Conclusion:Sailong bone had good effects on the treatment of treat osteoporotic rats
