摘要
报告了 3 4名成人食用硒含量为 0 .1 2~ 0 .1 3 mg/kg米面后血硒含量变化情况 ,实验前3 4名观察对象血硒含量为 49.1 8± 1 2 .74ng/ml,食用 3 0天时 ,血硒含量提高 1倍 ;食用 6 0天时 ,血硒含量提高两倍 ;食用到 1 2 0天时 ,血硒含量稳定在 2 5 0 ng/ml上下 ,然后出现平衡现象。
This article is about 34 people's changing of the blood Se content after they eat the rice and flour which the Se content is 0.12~0 13 mg/kg.Before the test,the blood Se content of the 34 adults is 49.19±12.74 ng/ml,30 days later the content of Se raised one times;60 days later the content of Se raised two times;120 days later the content of Se is stable about 250 ng/ml and then appeared the balance.
