摘要
探讨了流动注射氢化物发生 -原子吸收光谱法测定微量硒时的最佳条件 ,建立了茶叶中微量硒的流动注射氢化物发生 -原子吸收光谱分析方法。本法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高 ,测定硒的线性范围为 0~ 5 0 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差小于 3 % ,加标回收率为 96 %~ 1 1 1 %。应用于茶叶和富硒茶叶样品中微量硒的测定 ,获得满意结果。
Various test conditions and effect factors for determination of Selenium by flow injection-atomic absorption spectrometry were discussed and a method for the determination of Selenium in tea has been developed.The linear range for Selenium are 0~50 μg·L -1 .The relative standard deviation is less than 3% and the recovery is 96%~105%.This method is simple,rapid and has been applied to the determination of selelnium in tea and Se-riched tea with satisfactory results.
