髂腹股沟轴型皮瓣在手部深度烧伤中的应用

The application of groin skin flap on full thickness hand.

目的 探讨腹股沟皮瓣对于手部深度烧伤的修复作用。方法 采用带蒂腹股沟皮瓣转移修复手部创面 ,观察其修复效果。结果 19例皮瓣全部成活 ,其中 1例因感染行二次手术修复。手术成功率 94 .7%。结论 用带蒂腹股沟皮瓣修复手部深度创面手术方法简单、实用 ,外型、功能均较满意 ,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate repair effect of groin skin flap on full thickness hand.Methods Groin skin flaps with pedicle were translated and repaired the wound hand and the effect were observed.Results The flaps of 19 cases were all alive,among which only one case was repaired with the second operation because of infection.The success rate of operation was 94.7%.Conclusion The method of repairation of full thickness hand with groin skin flaps with pedicle is easy and economic.The appearance and function of the repaired hands are satisfactory.The method is worth popularizing clinically.
