摘要
为满足结构设计寿命要求 ,针对结构的疲劳强度薄弱部位 ,需进行结构疲劳细节优化设计和筛选试验。为此 ,本文首先提出了某飞机结构的三种疲劳设计形式 ,并建立其筛选试验新方法 ;然后 ,进行了此三种疲劳设计形式的模拟件的筛选试验 ,在此基础上 ,进行了筛选试验数据的可靠性分析 ,分别计算出三种设计形式的疲劳寿命的增益结果 ,分析结果表明 :本文提出的设计方案 3效果最优 ,据此优化出了最佳的疲劳设计形式。
In order to increase the fatigue life of the structure,the vulnerable area of the structure's fatigue strength has to be designed according to the fatigue optimum method,and put to test in terms of the screening test principle.Therefore,theree fatigue design forms of an aircraft's structure and the screening test principle are presented firstly in this paper.Then,the analog specimens of these three design forms are taken to test so as to select the best design form,and the test data is treated on the basis of the screening test principle.At last,the life increment values are calculated,and it is shown that the third design form is the most reasonable and effective,so it is determined the best deisgn.
