Manufacturing Process of Cut-off/Trimming Die for Front Wall Outside Cover Plate of Minitruck

前围外盖板是微型车上的一个重要大型覆盖件 ,制件成形和模具制造难度较大。本文重点介绍了该件切边模制造过程中所采用的工艺方法。

Front wall outside cover plate is an important large cap piece for minitruck. It is quite difficult to form the parts and manufacture the die. The technical method used in manufacturing of the cut off/trimming die is introduced in this paper.
