小儿病毒性脑炎的脑电图与临床分析

The EEGs and clinical analysis of virus encephalitis in children

目的 探讨脑电图（EEG）对小儿病毒性脑炎的诊断价值和评价疾病严重程度、疗效及预后的意义。方法 回顾性分析95例小儿病毒性脑炎的EEC及临床资料。结果95例中89例EEG异常,异常率为93.68％脑电图的异常程度与病情轻重基本平行。结论 小儿病毒性脑炎的EEG早期敏感性高,对诊断有指导作用,并可作为推断本病严重程度及治疗效果的依据之一。

ve To explore the significance of EEG in the diagnosis, evaluation of severity, treatment and prognosis of children with virus encephalitis. Methods Retrospestive analysis of EEGs was performed in 95 children with vims encephalitis. Result Abnormal EEGs were noted in 89 out of 95 patients Abnormality rate of EEG was 93.68%. The abnormal severity of EEG was approximately parallel with the severity of patient' s condition. Conclusion EEG might be sensitive to the early stage of virus encephalitis, it could direct the diagnosis and might be one of the criteria to evaluate the severity and the therapeutic effect of virus encephalitis.
