摘要
目的 :了解住院病人服用克拉霉素片的不良反应发生率和合理用药情况。 方法 :前瞻性观察服用克拉霉素的 2 6 5例住院病人。 结果 :2 6 5例用药者中发生不良反应 7例 ,不良反应发生率为 2 .6 4 % ;不良反应的发生与年龄、用药不合理有关。克拉霉素不合理用药 31例 ,占 11.70 % ,6 0岁以上的老年人 2 5例 ,占 80 .6 5 % ,主要问题为用药时间过长。 结论 :克拉霉素在临床上应用是安全的 ,但要注意合理用药 。
Objective: To study the rate of adverse drug reaction (ADR) and the rational use of clarithromycin among in patients. Methods: All in patients treated with clarithromycin in our hospital were prospectively observed. Results: Of 265 patients, 7 ADR cases were found and a ADR rate was 2.64%. The ADR occurrence was related to old age and irrational drug use. Thirty one cases of ADR (11.70%) were related to irrational drug use, mainly long course of treatment. Of them, 25 cases (80.65%) were over 60 years old. Conclusion: Clarithromycin is safe in clinical use, but attention should be paid on rational use, particularly in the elderly.
