腹腔镜术中肺功能及血流动力学的改变 被引量:18

摘要 目前腹腔镜术几乎能够进行普外领域的所有手术 ,包括胰十二指肠切除术。但腹腔镜手术有其特殊之处 ,如术中需应用二氧化碳 (CO2 )造气腹或其他腔隙 ,如肾上腺、甲状腺、乳腺手术的腔隙。由于CO2 吸收及腔隙内压力的改变 ,使得腹腔镜手术在微环境改变中不同于传统的开放性手术 ,腹腔镜医师应对腹腔镜术中肺功能及血流动力学的生理改变有所认识 ,以便术前、术中及术后对患者作出及时、正确的判断及处理 ,减少手术并发症、降低手术死亡率。
