国产全氟化碳液体在眼内长期存留的临床观察

Clinical observation of patients with long-term intraocular retention PFCLs

目的观察国产全氟化碳液体在眼内长期存留对眼内组织影响。方法临床病例21例21眼,分为3组,为复杂性玻璃体视网膜手术后分别在前房、玻璃体腔及视网膜下残留的患者,由同一医师采用晶切、玻切、剥膜、光凝、气液或气油交换及巩膜扣带手术。平均随访8个月。结果所有患者在随访期内矫正视力、角膜、前房、眼压及视网膜均未见功能及形态学上改变。结论少量(<0.2ml)的国产全氟化碳液体在眼内长期存留不会产生明显的组织毒性;国产全氟化碳液体完全可以替代进口产品而应用于临床。

Purpose To observe the effects of eyes in patients with long - term intraocular retention of domestic perfluorocarbon liquids (PFCLs). Methods 21 eyes with PFCLs retention in anterior chamber, vitreous cavity and subretina of the patients who have experienced of complicated vitreoretinal surgeries were divided into three groups. The average follow - up period was 8 months. Results No functional and morphological changes of comes, anterior chamber and retina were found in all patients. No changes of visual acuity and intraocular pressure were found either. Conclusion There is no significant histological toxicity of domestic PFCLs after long - term intraocular retention when the residual is less than 0.2 ml. Domestic PFCLs could be safely used in vitreoretinal surgeries as substitute of imported ones.
