糖尿病患者超声乳化白内障吸出人工晶状体植入

Effect of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens Implantation in diabetic patients

目的探讨糖尿病患者超声乳化白内障吸出(phaco)联合人工晶状体(IOL)植入的术后效果。方法对37例42眼糖尿病患者和37例43眼非糖尿病患者行phaco加IOL植入术,进行术中术后并发症及术后视力比较。结果两组术中术后并发症的发生率差异无显著性(p>0.05)。术后矫正视力≥0.5者,糖尿病患者42眼中有25眼(59.5%),非糖尿病患者43眼中有28眼(65.l%),差异也无显著性(p>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者术前血糖高于正常水平,并非是手术禁忌证,只要经过治疗血糖相对稳定在一定水平,无全身及眼部增殖性视网膜病变者行phaco加IOL植入术疗效安全可靠,但术后必须密切随访,注意眼底病变的进展并及时治疗。

Purpose To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation in diabetic patients. Methods 42 eyes in 37 diabetics and 43 eyes in 37 non - diabetics underwent phaco with IOL implantation, and the postoperative complications and visual acuity were compared between the two groups. Results the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups has no significant difference (p > 0.05). There are 25 eyes (59.5%) in diabetic group whose postoperatively corrected visual acnity is almost equal to or better than before operation and there are 28 eyes (65.1 %) in non -diabetic group,so the difference has no significance (p > 0.05). Conclusion Cataract with high glucose in diabetic is no contraindication,In diabetics, when their blood glucose are controlled at a relative stable level, and when there is no systemic disease or proliferetive retinopathy in eyes,phaco with IOL implantation is safe.However,intensive following- up,including paying attention to the progression of retinopathy and immediate management,should be performed.
