“提脓祛腐法”浅析

A Humble Analysis on"Pus-Promoting and Decay-Expelling Method

通过文献回顾与溯源性研究 ,介绍了外科“提脓祛腐”法的发展概况 ,认为“提脓祛腐”与“煨脓长肉”有着本质上的区别 ,临床上提脓祛腐药物多以升丹为主 ,亦有许多其他药物 ,每类药物各有利弊。提脓祛腐法理论上同现代医学“酶学清创”的方法类似 。

By review and tracking study on medical literature,the authors introduce the development of'Pus Promoting and Decay Expelling Method'and believe that a substantial difference exists in'Pus Promoting and Decay Expelling Method'and'Pus Drying and Flesh Generating Method'.Clinically,medicinal stuffs to promote pus and expel decay are mostly Hydrargri Oxydum Rubrum,and other medicinal stuffs.There are advantage and disadvantage in various medicinal stuffs.Theoretically,'Pus Promoting and Decay Expelling Method'is similar to'zymologic debridment'in modern medicine.Therefore,the traditional surgical therapy needs further improvement.
