树突状细胞的研究现状及进展 被引量：1

摘要 树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)是一种重要的免疫辅佐细胞,是体内最有效的专职抗原提呈细胞(APC),具有强大的激活静息T细胞、激发初次免疫应答的独特功能。在肿瘤免疫治疗中具有潜在的应用价值。DC的分化发育过程中存在二个不同的阶段:未成熟的DC,具有摄取、处理抗原的能力;成熟DC,抗原捕获能力丧失,成为激发初次免疫应答的免疫抗原提呈细胞。DC广泛分布于除脑以外的全身各脏器,但其含量很少。
