摘要
本研究表明:利用耐 PCNB(五氯硝基苯)的 Trichodcrmaharzianum(哈瑞木霉)的野生菌株 F060,以玉米粉#石硫酸铵液为载体,与低量 PCNB 联合施入土壤中,能提高防治 Rhizoctonia solani(Rg)引起的杉苗立枯病的效果;而 F060在灭菌士中的群体数量呈现出10~7-10~9-10~5数量级的变化,Rg 的残存一般随时间逐渐下降,RCNB 表现出对 F060增殖和 Rg 残存降低有协同作用;F060群体数量与 Rg 残存及立枯病发生无线性相关,Rg 残存与幼苗生长状况呈负线性相关;F060对一年生杉苗的地径有促生作用,对苗高无影响。
The study showed:Growing in the cob-powder vermiculite with 1.5%(NH_4)_2SO_4 solution,an isolate(F606)of Trichoderma harzianum to tolerate PCNB increased some ef- fects on controlling Cunninghamia Lanceolata damping-off caused by Rhizoctonia solani(R9)in combination with PCNB(10mg/kg soil);the population of F060 in sterile soil appeared as 10~7-10~9-10~5.R9 survival gradually declined through all stages(60 days). PCNB was effective on populating F060 and R9 survival declination.It showed that there was no linear correlation between population density of F060 and R9 survival or damping-off but there was a signicant negative correlation between Chinese fir seedlings and R9 survival in sterile soil.F060 did not influence the height but increased the stem basal diameter of seedlings in the trial.
