摘要
我们设计者应从各方面努力 ,为促进住宅产业健康、成熟地向前发展。对现代住宅的一些新特点进行了分析 ,从住宅多样化、生态化、办公家庭化以及建筑智能化等几个方面进行了阐述。尤其是生态住宅 ,更是为我们设计者提出了更高的要求。
In order to make progress maturely and soundly in the building industry,our architect should make great effort in various respect.The thesis analyses the up_to_date characteristics of modern dwellings,explains in details in respect of diversified (manifold),ecological,house_holding,intellectual features of design for building.These features put forward a higher demand on us,especially ecological building.
