A healthy and steady development of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises will favor a rapid growth of the national economy. In the process of the reform of enterprises, we need to take up an innovation of both mentality and technology and develop a sound attitude toward the development of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises. A strong support to the development of those enterprises should be untaken in fiscal, financial and tax-collecting policies.
