摘要
从大陆、香港、台湾地区跨地区上市的可能性与现实性分析入手 ,系统地阐述和讨论了两岸三地跨地区上市的具体途径以及跨地区上市的现实意义 ,最后笔者引入了大中华股市的概念 ,并就大中华股市的内涵 ,历史机遇以及现实意义作了详细论述和理性展望。
This essay illustrates the significance for companies in the Main Land, Taiwan and Hong Kong to get listed in each other's stock market through an analysis on the possibility and the feasibility. In the end the author visualizes a pan-China stock market, and gives a description and prediction on the definition, opportunities and the significance of the Pan-China stock market.
