摘要
研究表明:①梨黑星菌分生孢子单生于菌丝顶端或分枝顶端膨大的细胞上,产孢细胞作拟单轴式延伸。孢子脱落后孢子梗上留下明显的孢痕。②不同光照对黑星菌产孢的效用各异。以先黑暗后黑光产孢最多,自然散射光次之。③梨黑星菌分生孢子在16℃产生较多。尤以先20℃培养再移至16℃下更好。④梨黑星菌产孢在PDA和麦芽汁琼脂上较好。
The study shows as the following. ①The conidia of Venturia nashicola were sporadic on the top of the mycelia of the swelling cells of the branches. The conidiophore was sympodial.②The sporulation of the conidia was the best in the treatment of the first dark and then of the black light. The nature light was bettle for the sporulation of the conidia. ③The better temperature for the sporulation of the conidia was 16℃.the amount of the productive conidia was the highest in the treatment of the alternation of 20℃ and 16℃. ④The PDA and the Mald-agar were more suitable for the sporulation.
