私营企业酒店在发展中不可避免地要面临着自身发展的阻力 ,这就是 :管理体制矛盾、管理思想落后 ;管理制度不健全、管理过程不规范 ;这些都严重制约着私企酒店的规模经营。因此 ,私企酒店只有克服自身的不足 ,更新管理理念 ,规范管理程序 。

Private hotels will inevitably be confronted with many obstructions. They are the contradiction of administrative system, the backwardness of management ideology, the imperfect regulatory regime and substandard management process, which seriously restrict the management of private hotels on a greater scale. Therefore, private hotels can healthily develop only on condition that they surmount the inadequacy of its own, renew their management idea and standardize their administrative process.
