摘要
为了提高牛肉的食用价值和商品价值 ,根据物理学和电生理学原理 ,采用单片机及其应用系统的功率接口技术 ,开发出用于提高牛肉嫩度的便携式电刺激器 ,并对其工作原理、组成电路及机器的特点等进行了介绍。
In order to improve the quality and the taste of beef in terms of food and commercial value,the portable food meat electronic stimulator was developed according to the theories of physics and electrical physiology of single chip microcomputer and power interface of its applied system.The machine could make the food beef tender.Moreover, the principles, the structure and the characteristics of the machine were introduced.
