桦木、落叶松APMP生产探讨

介绍了吉林纸业股份有限公司从Andritz公司引进的APMP生产线生产桦木APMP、落叶松APMP的工艺流程、工艺条件、配抄胶印新闻纸的产品质量。H2O2两段漂白桦木APMP:的最佳工艺条件为:NaOH3.3%～3.6%,H2O2(一段)1.43%,H2O2(二段)1.2%,Na2SiO31.43%,DTPA0.29%。100%落叶松APMP的白度、裂断长两项指标偏低。50%落叶松+50%杨木APMP各项指标均能满足配抄新闻纸的要求。

The paper introduces the process and technical conditions of the APMP line imported from Andritz Co., in producing birch APMPand the quality of offset newsprint by this line. The optimum two stage bleaching conditions for birch H2O2 APMP are: NaOH3.3%～3.6%,H2O2(stage one) 1.43%,H2O2(stage two) 1.2%, Na2SiO31.43% and DTPA0.29%.
