摘要
利用PEG、尿素和氯化铵渗透调节物对柏木进行渗透处理,研究了它们对柏木种子活力的影响,结果表明:PEG浓度和处理时间对种子活力影响的程度大于分子量,就活力的直接性指标看,浓度>时间,间接性指标却是时间>浓度;PEG与尿素组合处理具有叠加效应,其中以先PEG处理,后用尿素处理效果更佳;NH_4Cl盐浸的各处理组合对柏木种子活力皆有提高作用,其中以盐浸2小时效果最好。
The study dealed with the effects of PEG, urea and NH4CL on the vigor of Cypress seeds. The results showed that among the treatments of the combination of the molecular weight of PEG and the concentration of PEG solution and time, some enchanted the seed vigor, but the others not. The concentraion and time treatment had greater effects on the seed vigor than the molecular weigh. According to the direct targets of the vigor, the effect of the concentration was larger than that of time. However, there was a contrary result according to the indirect targets of the vigor. The combination of PEG and urea had better increase than only PEG or urea. It was the best treatment to soaking the seeds with PEG before with uiea. Good results were observed in soaking the seeds with NH4CL.
