摘要
继前期试验,选用六周龄建昌、四川麻鸭杂交鸭54只,在常用饲粮的条件下,观察补锰水平为0,20,40,50,60和80ppm对,对肉鸭增重、血清、胫骨,肝脏等组织锰含量,含锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-Superoxide Dis mutase,Mn SOD)活性,血清碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline Phosphatase.AKP)活性,胫骨皮髓宽度比和骨骼钙状况的影响。结果表明,添加40ppm锰能满足鸭正常生长的需要。肝脏和SOD可以反映机体锰状况,AKP反应不灵敏、胫骨皮髓宽度比可反映出锰对骨骼发育的影响。
50 crossbred ducks (Jiackang duck×Sichuan Ma duck) at the age of 6 weeks were employed in the study based on an earlier experiment. Mn was sapplemented in the frequently used diet of meat ducks at the level of 0, 20, 40, 50, 60 and 80ppm respectively. And the measured indices were growth rate, the Mn level of plasma, fidial bones and liver, the activity of Mn-superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) and plasma alkaline phosphatase,AKP) the ratio of cortex to marrow of the fidial bones, and the Ca status for bones. The results showed that supplementation of Mn at the level of 40ppm could meet the requiremeat for normal growth. The activity of Mn SOD in liver rather than AKP could serve as an indicatos of the Mn states of the whole body and the ratio of corfex to marrow of the tidial bones a(?)indicator of the influence of Mn on bone development.
