摘要
本研究选用5买15月龄美利奴羯羊(体重33.5±2.5公斤),饲以苜蓿青干草三周,然后采取活组织样品测定绵羊12种组织中亮氨酸转氨酶(EC2.6.1.6.)活力(毫微摩尔数/分/克鲜组织)。实验结果显示胰腺中亮氨酸转氨酶活力最高(1697±393),脑、皮肤、瘤胃、脾、心、肾、肺则次之,再其次为十二指肠、骨骼肌和皮下脂肪,而在肝脏最低(10±5)。绵羊组织中亮氨酸转氨酶活力分布特点与机体保护这一必需氨基酸的营养机制有关。
Five Merino wethers, 15 months of age, were employed to obtain twele live-tissuesamples for determination of leucine transaminase (EC 2, 6. 1. 6) activities. It was observed that leucine transaminase activity was higest in pancreas. Activities in brain, skin, rumen, spleen, heart, kidney and lung were comparably higher, but lower in duodenum,sketal muscle and adipose tissue, and lowest in liver. The tissue distrbution pattern of leucine transaminase activities is correlated to the mechanism existed in sheep to safeguard the preservation of leucine.
