摘要
用72头45~50日龄的长白×成华杂交一代仔猪,采用Ⅰ型正交试验设计进行了一个月的饲养试验,探讨不同组合的添加剂对断奶仔猪生长的影响,以及各种处理因素对血浆铜兰蛋白浓度和血清转氨酶活性的影响。结果表明:10~30kg一仔猪的饲粮中含消化能14.6MJ/kg,赖氨酸1.05%,蛋白质18%,铜125ppm,抗菌素组合a时可获得最佳增重效果。血浆铜兰蛋白浓度随饲粮铜水平的增加而增加(P<0.01)。仔猪血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性显著地受饲粮铜浓度的影响(P<0.05)。
An experiment was conducted to determine effects of 9 kinds of premix on promoting growth and improving feed conversion of growing swine. A total of 72 crossbred (Landrace Chenghua) piglets weighing an average of 12.84kg was divided into 18 pens of 4 pigs each, and each paired pen was assigned to one of the 9 deitary treatments. The blood samples were got at the end of the experiment, which were used to analyse the plasma ceruloplasma and serum GOT and GPT activity. The result shows: A growing diet containing DE 14.6 MJ/kg, CP 18%, Lysine 1.05, Cu 125ppm, combined antidiotics. a can get a satisfying daily gain (630 to 700g/day) and feed conversion (F:G 1.90 to 1.95) for 10 to 35 kg growing swine. Plasma ceruloplasma concentration (p<0.01) and serum GPT activity (p<0.05) were significantly affected by dietary copper concentration.
