摘要
分析信息化战争与信息战的关系 ,给出信息战总体概念体系结构、信息战定义和内涵。在此基础上 ,提出电子信息战的思想和概念及其体系结构 ,指出综合电子信息战系统和电子硬摧毁是信息战发展的两大重点。
The relation between information based warfare and information warfare is analyzed.The conception,architecture, definition and connotation of information warfare are given.And on these bases,electronic information warfare conception and its architecture are suggested.It is pointed out that the integrated electronic information warfare system and electronic hard destruction are two emphases in the development of information warfare.
