摘要
文章就磁稳流化床用于处理含尘气体的除尘效率进行了实验研究 ,分析了磁感应强度、床层滤料高度、气体表观流速比以及滤料再生对除尘效率的影响。实验结果得出 ,对于磁稳流化床用于处理含尘气体时 ,实现其高效、低耗运行的主要考虑因素及实现所需的基本条件。
The paper presents the experimental research on the collection efficiency of aerosol in airflow with a magnetically stabilized fluidized bed. The research is to study and analyse the factors' influences on collection efficency such as magnetic induced intensity, the height of solids in the bed, the ratio of gas superficial velocity and solids regeneration. Some fundamental conditions that ensure high collection efficiency with a MSB can be concluded. This project is subsidixed hy the State Natural Science Funds, No.50176009
