摘要
在真空条件下 ,用高灵敏度布氏压力计研究了六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷 (HNIW ,CL 2 0 )的热分解过程。在 110~ 14 0℃范围内 ,分解深度为 0 .1%时 ,所需分解温度与时间的关系式为 :lgτ=-2 4.3 3 0 0 + 9971.76/T。从关系式得到表观活化能和表观指前因子 ,据此推出在 70℃时 ,CL 2 0的有效储存寿命为 43 .
The thermal decomposition process of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (HNIW, CL 20) under the conditions of vacuum was investigated by using a highly sensitive Bourdon manometer. The relationship between the time ( τ ) corresponding to the reacted fraction 0.1% and the temperature ( T ) of the thermal decomposition of CL 20 in the temperature range 110~140 ℃ can be expressed by the following equation: lg τ =-24.330 0+9 971.76/ T . Therefore the formal kinetic parameters E a and A , and available life at 70 ℃ were obtained, indicating that CL 20 has good thermal stability at higher temperature.
