摘要
作者利用 Warburg 呼吸仪对二碳有机物及酚系有机物的生化降解性能进行了研究。首先对 Lamb 分类的第三类基质的 R-C 曲线进行了科学的划分,使得讨论简明扼要。通过做不同基质的 R-C 曲线,讨论了各物质的相对耗氧速率的变化情况;通过对不同基质氧化百分数及其去除率的计算,了解到各该物质的分解与合成的比例关系。
With warburg respirometer,author made study of the biodegrable property for two carbon organic
compounds and phenolic compounds.At first,author classified the R-C curve graph of Lamb third type substrate,making discuss and analysis distinct and convenient;through analysis for R-C curve graph of
substrates,the optimum concentration,the inhibiting concentration and the causing death concentration of substrates are obtained;through charting for R-T curve graph of substrates,the changing patterns of the relative oxygen consuming rate are observed;through calculation for the oxidation rate and substrate emoval rate of substrates,the relationship between decomposition and synthesis of substrates are found.
