摘要
中国加入世贸组织是顺应经济全球化的趋势 ,迅速融入世界经济潮流的必然选择。入世后 ,我国的证券市场将会面临更大的挑战。为此 ,我们必须从我国的证券市场的实际出发 ,采取相应的措施 ,以适应证券对外开放的需要。
China's WTO entry is conformable to the trend of economic globalization and also an inevitable choice for the rapid mergence into world economy. After joining WTO, the stock market of China will face an ever stronger challenge. For this purpose, we must take appropriate measures based on the practical situation of China's stock market so as to meet the need of stock opening to the outside world.
