摘要
棉花种子、幼苗经磁化水处理,子叶中硝酸还原酶(NR)活性和叶绿素、可溶性糖及真叶中脯氨酸含量提高,但种子发芽率显著下降。幼苗经低温处理(3℃),电导率降低。结果表明:磁化水具有促进幼苗进行氮代谢、光合作用和提高其抗冷性的效应,但对种子萌发有明显抑制作用。
After the treatment of cotton seeds and seedlings with magnetic water, the nitrate reductase (NR) activity and the content of chlorophyll, soluble sugar (in the cotyledons) and proline (in the true leaves) was raised. But the percentage of germination of the seed was notably decreased. The conductivity of the seedlings that are treated with low temperature (3℃) was lowered. The result shows that magnetic water has the effect on promoting cotton's N metabolism and photosynthesis, and raising its Chill-resistance. But it can notably inhibit the germination of seeds.
