In the period between two centuries, the civilian run education faces new challenge and opportunity. The government carries out the policies to actively encourage civilian run education; the requirement for education by society is increasing day by day. The education of our country will form the co developing structure of civilian run education and state run education. It is necessary to draw up favourable policy in the interest of recruiting social fund for the development of education and civilian run schools. The civilian run education also faces various challenges, it should strengthen its self construction, successively raise its own quality and beneficial result and explore the model suitable for Chinese conditions.
