Simple Comment on the Construction of the Management System of Civilian run Higher Education

:民办高等教育管理体制 ,是指民办高等教育机构的设置和管理权限划分等一整套管理制度 ,中心是加快法规制度建设 ;要针对存在的突出问题 ,加强领导 ,搞好民办高等教育法规制度建设和民办高校内部管理体制建设 。

The management system of civilian run higher education refers to the whole set of management regulations of civilian run higher educaton, including the structure construction and the management authority partition construction, the centre of which is quickening the construction of the laws and regulations for it. Nowadays, the laws and regulations of civilian run higher education are not yet complete enough. It is necessary by aiming at the existing conspicious questions to enhance and well set the leadership and the laws and regulations, as well as the internal management system of civilian run higher education, so as to increase and strengthen its developing vitality.
