Global integralization is a “double faced sword”.It gives us a developing opportunity as well as brings us a severe challenge. To pursue benefit and avoid disadvantage, we must take Deng Xiaoping's view of state sovereignty as guiding ideology,correctly handle the relation among opening up policy and standing on our own and defending the state sovereignty; and must firmly take the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. Only then can we grasp opportunities and rapidly develop.
