Nowadays, the overall level of our country's basic installations still remains to be raised and the general input to them should be increased. In order to solve this question, the effcetive way is to practise asset securitization. The most basic mode of asset securitization is that of switching operation. Asset securitization is of great significance to the economic construction of our country.
