创新是首创前所未有的事物的思维、试验、实践等活动，是对原有模式 的背离，对旧规则的突破；创新型人才必须面对思想品德、人格意志的 严峻考验。思想品德素质决定创新型人才创新的勇气和魄力，决定创 新实践的发展方向和社会价值。高校要从教育思想上把品德素质教育 作为推进素质教育的核心和关键，以品德素质教育的创新，推动创新 型人才的培养。

Innovation is the action to practise unpreceded things, test and thought, as well as to deviate from the original model and break through the old regulations. Talented man of innovation must face the serious test for his moral character and personality courage. Moral thought quality determines the initiative courage of talented man of innovation as well as determines the developing direction and social value of the innovation. In education thought respects, colleges and universities must take moral character quality education as the core and key to carrying quality education forward; with the innovation of moral character quality education, carry the cultivation of talented man of innovation forward.
