Education Is a Sort of Productivity Too

教育既有公共产品的性质 ,又有私人产品的性质 ,教育费用没有必要完全由政府负担 ,可以走产业化的道路。教育必须按照知识经济的一般规律和特点实现产业化 ,这样可以减轻政府财政压力 ,又能够促进国民经济持续发展。国家应当制定拓展教育产业发展的相关政策。

Education is characterized with the public goods and private goods.It is not necessary for the govemment to have all the burden of education expenditure,thus,the industrialization of education is available.It is essential for us to industrialize the education according to the general rule of knowledge economy,which could not only reduce the pressure of govemment expenditure,but also promote the national economy increases persistently.The govemment should design and extend the relational policy on the development for education industry.
