结合国外建筑师新近完工的若干个居住社区住宅建筑设计实例，论述了住宅建筑形式应与上主的功能要求及社区实际环境相结合，做到户型多样化，以满足多层次业主的实际需要，在实现住宅由福利化向商品化过渡的同时，使住宅建筑逐步达到形式多样化，设计细部处理人文化及社区环境的便利化，整体协调智能化的理想境界．

On the basis of some new examples of dwelling structure designs by foreign architects, the arguments set forth in this article is that the housing design should not only meet the needs of the owner by combining the housing form with its functions and its community environment, but also make progresses in all-round way -variety of styles, more humanity in details of design, conveniently located environment and automatic control in coordination with the whole while the housing transitions from material benefits to commodity.
