摘要
提出了在高温介质条件下,泵的法兰接头的螺栓计算技术.应用了马里宁(Malinin)流动理论,得出了一种关系,可用以确定预定时间内零件中的应力下降值或在特写时间内降至一定值的初始应力;这种关系也可用以确定延迟力(初始应力)降至预定值的时间.并提供了一些数值算例.
Bolts calculation techniques for flange joints of pump, working in high-temperature medium is presented. The Malinin flow theory is used. The obtained relations allow to determine a stress drop in the part in a pie-set time term of assign an initial stress which in a specified time will drop to a certain value, or to determine a period or time in the course of which a delay force (an initial stress) will drop to a pie-set value. The numerical examples axe presented.
