摘要
提出了一种基于三角形网格的坯料计算方法。该方法根据变形均匀原则及材料体积不变条件建立了正定的目标泛函 ,通过迭代格式使泛函极小化 ,从而得到零件的初始坯料。由于考虑了材料体积不变这一条件 ,因而计算结果更为合理。数值实验及应用结果表明这一方法计算简单 ,收敛速度快 ,便于实际应用。
An algorithm to calculate blank of shell like parts based on triangular mesh system is presented.According to the conditions that deformations in material are most evenly distributed and volume remains constant,a positive definite target functional is constructed.Minimizing the functional with an iterative scheme,contour of blank is obtained.Because condition of volume remains constant is included in the method,calculated result is more reasonable.Numerical test of method shows its rapid convergence and easy practical application.
