This paper presents an instrument controlled by the single chip 8031. The instrument can carry out the on line measurement for resistance and capacity. It uses the principle of the voltage negative feedback and the method of the isolated voltage. The instrument can collect data and implement A/D conversion. It can also change the range of measurement automatically and provide high accuracy.
