摘要
筛选了 17种活性炭 ,用BP神经网络对正交实验结果进行了模拟计算 ,同时比较了多种洗脱方式 ,尤其是络合洗脱的新方法 ;找出了提取L Phe的最佳工艺 :在使用 0 .5 %的活性炭F ,pH =5 .8,温度为 3 4 3K的条件下吸附12 0min ,并用 15 %的TOMAC 乙醇在 3 3 3K下洗脱 90min ;使用本工艺L 苯丙氨酸的回收率可达 80 %以上 ,产品纯度99.9%以上 。
kinds of active carbons were selected to isolate the L phenylalanine produced by enzymatic conversion. Types of active carbons,sorts of eluants and the choice of eluting conditions were also studied in detail through maths method. Especially, the new method,complexation extraction,was explored first. This process can eliminate the interference of high concentration of ion in solution. The recovery ratio is over 80%, and the purity of the product is more than 99.9%.
