摘要
随着高温工程学的发展 ,建立既精确又行之有效的高温构件的寿命预测方法和制订相应的维修策略已成为国民经济相关行业中众所关心和亟待开发的领域。以概率计算方法获得的高温炉管寿命与可靠性关系为基础 ,解决了高温构件炉管在定期预防维修方针下 ,按费用最低原则和有效度最高原则确定最优预防维修周期问题。最后在此基础上 ,确定了加热炉最优预防维修周期问题 。
Life time prediction technology of plant equipment has been one of the most attractive research topics in modern engineering science and has been regarded as the emerging technology of 21st century. As the development of high temperature science & engineering it becomes the urgent field to build up precise and effective life time prediction method of high temperature components and to schedule the relevant maintenance. Based on the relationship between the life time and reliability obtained by the probabilistic calculation of furnace tube, the preventive maintenance concept is applied to the maintenance of reformer furnace. The problem of optimum maintenance period are determined by use of least cost and highest availability principle. It is suggested that the preventive maintenance strategies under age-based maintenance should be used to fulfill engineering requirements.
