摘要
碳酸钙和磷石膏的分解过程都有微量的水蒸汽和二氧化碳气体放出 ,需要对它们进行在线分析 ,对激光干涉式微量气体分析仪进行了光强补偿电路设计 ,通过分析和试验 ,肯定了该电路的可行性 。
Carbon dioxide and micro water vapor are released in the decomposition processes of calcium carbonate and ardealite. It is necessary to analyze them on line. The problem of the accuracy of measurement of gas micro analyzer was studied. To the laser interferential gas micro analyzer, a circuit of luminosity compensation was designed. Through analysis and experiments, the feasibility of the circuit was affirmed, resulting in promoting the precision of the analyzer.
